We are a non-profit organization licensed and based in Paris, France. We are a small group of motivated internationals from the USA, Canada, France, Australia, Poland, Kenya, and other countries, and we believe in giving back some of the benefits, opportunities, and chances that we've all had in our own lives.

We support the fundamental right of everyone to have a better life. We know that even step-wise and small giving can build up to big changes. We have come together to run events, good-works programs, and adventures in the effort to raise money for different non-profit grassroots educational and sustainable development projects and organizations. We make ventures happen!

We work with other organizations to run our events, such as the group Paris Urban Adventures(PUA), in Paris France. Through these groups we host adventures and events each year where 100% of all money raised from our events at PUA goes towards educational and sustainable development projects. We have been running charity events since 2008. 

We are a group of people who all volunteer their time to this non-profit and its events and projects, and all marketing, paperwork, administration are run from our home offices. We pay our own way when we visit project locations (such as the Maasai village in Kenya). Nobody at A4A recieves a salary. This means that A4A has nearly zero over-head and few to no administrative costs so that as much money as possible goes directly to the charity projects we support. 

Rather than working in any one country or location permanently, we choose different grass-roots projects where we have connections with the community and we have personal assurances and knowledge that it is a legitimate and worthy endeavor. Legitimacy is key, as we want to make sure our efforts, time, and donations go to real projects that help real people.

Our goal has been and remains to be an intrinsically motivated desire to help others in the world have more opportunities, to give back, and to try and make the world a better place, one step at a time.
